Pretty Pastel

This year, winter is no longer full of the dark and dreary- now, it's full of the pastels to brighten it up! Featured in many recent fashion shows for late winter and spring 2012, pastels have been used in total outfits, or used to accent a darker color. The light colors like, cutesy pink, mint green, denim, floral burgundy, white, baby blue, crème, and lavender are all in the same pastel range. In my opinion, it looks soft, fresh, cute, and fun when paired with floral, stripes, and lace. For a more sophisticated look, I'd pair it with beige, black or a pair of classy or funky shoes.
